A bench of Justices Farah Mehboob and Debashish Roy-Chaudhary rejected Supreme Court lawyer Mohammad Munir Uddin’s arguments on the ban as unacceptable. However, Mohammed Munir Udit presented before him some newspaper reports regarding the International Society of Christian Churches (ISKCON) and asked the government to order a ban on its activities. But, the court rejected it. Apart from this, the application to implement Section 144 in Chittogram, Rangpur and Dinampur was also accepted.

Haq and Deputy Attorney General Muhammad Asad Uddin told the High Court bench that 3 separate cases have been filed in connection with the murder of lawyer Saif-ul-Islam-Asif and cases have also been filed in connection with the activities of ISKCON. Are. 33 accused have also been arrested in this case. However, the court categorically refused to pass any order (ban on ISKCON) until a definite decision was taken on those matters.
