Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG has created its own identity in the two-wheeler segment of India. It has been almost 6 months since its launch, and now it is becoming quite popular among the customers. The company has sold more than 40,000 units of this model so far. This motorcycle is not only eco-friendly but also reduces fuel consumption by half, making it an affordable option.

Great start and sales record

Bajaj Auto Executive Director Rakesh Sharma said that this bike has been performing tremendously in the market since the supply started in August. He said:
“Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG has outperformed our expectations. Retail sales of 40,000 units have been done so far.”
This motorcycle is proving to be especially useful for those customers who are looking to reduce fuel consumption and long range.

Bajaj Freedom 125 is the first Indian motorcycle to run on bio fuel, claiming a range of 300+ kms.

CNG Network and Customer Experience

Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG is currently available in 350 cities where CNG network is already present.
The company has worked with CNG distribution companies to improve the customer experience. Rakesh Sharma said:
“We are developing special features at CNG stations to provide better experience to customers.”
Following the positive response from customers, Bajaj is now planning to launch this model in international markets as well.

Freedom 125 CNG: Features and Specifications

Bajaj Freedom 125 has a 125cc single-cylinder engine running on petrol and CNG. Following are the key features of this engine:

  • CNG Cylinder: Hidden under seat, 2 kg capacity.
  • Petrol Tank: 2 litres.
  • Mileage: 100 km per kg CNG.
