Dhamtari, 29 November (HIST). Preparations have started in the district to take Ayurveda to every home and every person through the country’s Nature Test campaign. This campaign has started in the district from 26th November. Government and private Ayurveda doctors of the district will join this campaign and conduct nature tests of common citizens. In this nature test, the physical structure, body functioning, behavior and response of people above 18 years of age will be seen. An Ayurvedic doctor will test the nature of 10 to 15 people every day. In this, the team of doctors will meet the people and get the Prakriti Pariksha mobile app downloaded from Google Play Store.
Citizen and volunteer options have been given to log in to this app. Two mobile phones will be used for this. Citizens will enter the login through OTP by entering their mobile number. In which 60 questions related to the nature of a person’s body have been given, after answering them the data will be submitted. Volunteers will also login to the app through mobile number. After this, the volunteers will check the answers given by the citizen regarding his physical nature and submit it along with some important information. Then information about nature test of common citizens will come. According to this test, the AYUSH department will give information and advice to the common citizen about how to live according to the season, what to eat and drink, what precautions to take etc.
District Coordinator of Nature Testing Campaign, Dr. Ravindra Kumar Verma said that according to Ayurveda, the three natures of the body are Vata, Pitta and Kapha. One of these three natures is present in every person’s body. He behaves physically and mentally according to that nature. We will know their nature through nature test and will be told about their eating habits accordingly. This campaign will prove to be a milestone in the coming days. Under this campaign, 30 government and more than 30 private Ayurvedic doctors will conduct nature tests of common citizens. Under this, every doctor has been given a target of testing the nature of 500 people. This campaign will continue even after December 25.
