1. Do not give spicy and salty snacks with milk

2. Avoid giving citrus fruits with milk
Sour fruits like orange, lemon should not be given with milk or after drinking milk immediately. These fruits are acidic, which can freeze the protein present in milk and it can be difficult to digest it. It can cause problems like gas, stomach pain and inflammation.
3. Do not feed grapes with milk
Grapes contain vitamin C and fruit acids, which thickens it when it is found with milk protein. This can cause stomach pain, diarrhea and digestive problems to children. Therefore, let the grapes eat at least one hour after drinking milk.
4. Do not give melon and watermelon with milk
Watermelon and melon also do not make good combinations with milk. The acids present in these fruits can bind the milk protein, which can cause milk to burst and there can be a problem of stomach firm. This increases the risk of abdominal pain, indigestion and falling ill.
