Assam Gunotsav Results 2025: The Gunotsav Results 2025 were released today, March 27, by the Elementary Education Samagra Shiksha Assam. Samagra Shiksha Assam’s official website, ssa.assam.gov.in, is where schools can download their results. This year, 38,98,945 children from 44,077 schools in the state were evaluated by 17,585 external evaluators, according to Assam’s Education Minister Ranoj Pegu.

Assam Gunotsav Results 2025: Award
4,320 students will be rewarded with tablets. Additionally, Rs 25,000 will be given to each of the 11,594 schools that earned an A+ mark.

Thousands of schools participate in the evaluation process in a phased manner.
Schools are evaluated based on administrative effectiveness, infrastructure, cleanliness, and student learning levels.
Both internal and external assessments are conducted to ensure an unbiased evaluation.
Students take tests in subjects like mathematics, science, social science, and languages to assess their academic abilities.
What Is Gunotsav?
The Assamese government launched the Gunotsav educational assessment programme to assess and raise the standard of education in the state’s schools. It seeks to evaluate learning outcomes, pinpoint educational gaps, and improve instruction and facilities in government schools as a whole. Teachers, district officials, and outside evaluators, such as IAS and IPS officers, actively participate in the State Education Department-organized programme, which was launched in 2017 and was modelled after Gujarat’s Gunotsav concept.
