The much-anticipated OTM 2025 kicked off today (January 31) at the world-class Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The prestigious event brings together exhibitors from over 80 countries and 30 Indian states, showcasing their destinations, innovations, and offerings to a global audience.

The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism and Culture, Government of India, alongside an esteemed panel of dignitaries. During the opening session, moderated by Kamiya Jani, Founder of Curly Tales, Shri Shekhawat shared his insights on the future of Indian tourism and the sector’s growth potential.

What’s special about OTM 2025?

This year’s edition of OTM hosts an impressive lineup of 2,100+ exhibitors, including tourism boards from more than 80 countries and 30 Indian states and union territories, with over 40,000 qualified buyers from the travel industry attending.

OTM 2025 showcases exclusive participation from several countries that have chosen this event as their only major travel showcase in the region. These include Cambodia, France, Georgia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, the Maldives, Morocco, Peru, the Philippines, Tanzania, the Cayman Islands, Uganda, the USA, Visit Brussels, and Visit Sarajevo.

In addition, the event features official participation from some of the world’s most sought-after travel destinations, including Azerbaijan, Egypt, Greece, Fiji, Malaysia, Mauritius, Moscow, Nepal, Peru, Qatar, Sri Lanka, St. Petersburg, Thailand, Pattaya, Sarawak, and Tokyo, among others.
