New Delhi: A disturbing incident surfaced from Delhi where a man ran his car over an old dog, resulting in its death. What’s more shocking was the way he arrogantly defended his actions after mercilessly running over the dog. The entire incident was recorded on camera. The video, which is doing rounds on social media, has sparked an online outrage.
The video shows, a woman confronting the man after he ran over the dog. In the video, the man with no remorse over his action could be heard telling the woman she could even take his picture.
When the woman asked if he was blind as he could not see the dog, the man replied, “Nahi dikh rha hai , andha hoon (I cannot see. Yes, I am blind).” The video also shows the man shamelessly saying what had happened if he ran over the dog. He further added that the car was at a slow speed and was blowing the horn of the car. He also said that he could not do about the death of the dog.

“Toh kya huya. Main horn de rha hoon. Main kya kar sakta hoon yaar (What had happened. I was blowing the car horn. What could I do),” the man replied to the woman. After the incident, the man left the spot.
The video was first shared on an Instagram handle, named ‘steetdogsofBombay’. Netizens are demanding strict action against the man.

One of the Instagram users claimed that the man in the video is Sushanta Mohanty, Director of Amazon infra trade. “His LinkedIn ID is with Name Sushanta Mohanty, Director Amazon infra trade. Request everyone to kindly report him on LinkedIn. Also I hope to see this shameless man face consequences,” the user wrote.
Netizens also demanded that Amazon should fire him. “@amazondotin this is what your employee does??!! I demand that you fire him. No ifs no buts. I request your swift action against him,” a user wrote.
“Send notice to Amazon and they will take action against the employee who is driving their car,” another Instagram user commented.
