Mere Husband Ki Biwi FIRST Look: Arjun Kapoor Is Stuck In ‘Love Circle’ With Bhumi Pednekar, Rakul Preet Singh; Release Date Out | Photo Via Instagram

Mere Husband Ki Biwi, starring Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh is set to release on February 21, 2025. On Friday, the makers unveiled the first-look poster of the film, promising a fun, interesting, yet delightfully confusing ride. Mere Husband Ki Biwi is directed by Mudassar Aziz, hints at a love triangle—or rather a ‘love circle,’ as mentioned on the poster—at the center of the plot.

Sharing the poster, Arjun wrote, “Khencho… Aur khencho!!! Sharafat ki yehi saza toh hoti hai… Kalesh ho ya clash, phassta toh mujh jaisa aam aadmi hai. #MereHusbandKiBiwi In Cinemas 21st February, 2025.” In the first look, set against a vibrant wedding backdrop, Arjun’s hands are tied to both Bhumi and Rakul, who are seen sitting on a horse and playfully controlling him.

Bhumi and Rakul also shared the same posters but with different captions, adding to the fun.

Bhumi cropped Rakul’s photo from the poster and wrote, “Kalesh!!! Kaun sa kalesh? Jo mera hai…Woh mera rahega…Koi moonh maarne aaya…Toh katega.”

Meanwhile, Rakul cropped Bhumi out and captioned it,”Jeevan mein kalesh na chahiye ho… toh bin bulaaye mehmaan aur bina matlab ka saamaan… baahar phenk dena chahiye!”

Mere Husband Ki Biwi is produced by Rakul’s husband Jackky Bhagnani, his father Vashu Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh under the banner of Pooja Entertainment.

The film marks the first-ever collaboration between Arjun and Rakul, whereas Bhumi and Arjun previously shared screen space in The Lady Killer, which is available on T-Series’ official YouTube channel.

Speaking about the film, Mudassar Aziz told ANI, “As a filmmaker, I’ve always believed in telling stories that entertain, and leave audiences of all ages smiling. I believe in such films that endure and make for repeat viewings. Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a film that celebrates the quirks and complexities of romantic relationships. I’ve always been one for wholesome entertainers—movies that bring friends and families together, make them laugh, and give them something to talk about. That’s exactly what we’ve aimed for with this film.”
