Jhanak starring Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja is all set to take a 20-year leap, and the lead actors in the show will be replaced. There were reports that Arjit Taneja will be seen playing the male lead in the show post the leap. However, the actor took to X to clarify that he is not doing any new show as of now.

Well, fans of Arjit are very happy that he is not doing the show. A fan wrote, “Kuch bhi kar lena but leena ka show #jhanak galti se bhi nahi karna Nhi to fans se hath dho Bethoge (sic).” Another fan wrote, “Thanks for clarifying AJ. Arjit was last seen in Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye which went off-air just a few days ago. The show also starred Sriti Jha in the lead role. Fans of both the actors were quite upset when they got to know that the show is about to end.
Hiba Nawab On Quitting Jhanak
Meanwhile, Hiba recently in an interview with Hindustan Times revealed that she has decided to quit Jhanak as she doesn’t want to play the role of a mother to someone who is around her age in real life. The actress will wrap up the shoot of the show in June first week.
