Material
- Besan – ½ cup
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Green Chilli-2-3 (cut vertical)
- Garlic-3-4 buds (chopped)
- Turmeric – 4 teaspoons
- Mustard – ½ tsp
- Cumin – ½ tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- Water – about 1 cup
- Coriander – for decoration
- For bread – millet, tide flour and a pinch of salt
Action
- To make Pitha Bhakti, first take gram flour in a bowl.
- Now make a solution by mixing turmeric, salt and some water, take special care that there are no lumps in it.
- After this, place a pan on the gas and add rye, cumin, asafetida, green chillies, garlic and fry it well.
- Now add chopped onion and cook it well until it turns pink.
- When the onion is cooked, add gram flour solution and salt as per taste.
- Keep stirring the mixture continuously so that no lumps are made.
- Then cover it and cook on low flame for 9-10 minutes.
- You can move the solution by opening the lid of the incomplete.
- When the mixture is cooked well, in the end add chopped green coriander and turn off the heat.
- In this way your delicious solution is ready.
- Take a bowl of tide or millet flour for bread.
- Add a little salt to it and knead the dough and roll it down.
- On the other hand, heat the griddle and bake the prepared bread thoroughly from both sides on high flame.
- You can also serve this mixture with hot rice.
