Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has appointed 36 BJP leaders in corporations and boards. Now that Chhattisgarh has made political appointments, the BJP leaders in Madhya Pradesh have become more hopeful about their chances for appointment in corporations and boards.
The BJP’s central leadership generally takes political decisions for MP, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan together. After Chhattisgarh, it is expected that decks for political appointments in MP will also be cleared. According to sources, political appointments will be made in MP after the election of the BJP’s state unit president.
Several leaders have been meeting Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and other leaders of the party organisation for political appointments after the assembly election. Yadav, too, assured the party leaders that the political appointments would be made after the end of the party’s membership drive.
Afterwards, it was said that political appointments would be made after the organisational polls. Now, the BJP leaders, aspiring for political posts, are waiting for the party’s state president election. The RSS will play an important role in political appointments.
Yadav, party’s state president and the organisation will discuss the issue of appointments in corporations and boards. Afterwards, the list will be sent to the state leaders of the RSS for approval. Then it will be sent to the central leadership for their approval.
Only then, the names will be finalised. The names which are doing the rounds for political appoints are Vijay Dubey, Deepak Saxena, Gajendra Khajuri, Vinod Gotiya, KP Yadav, Hitesh Vajpayee, Ashutosh Tiwari, Shailendra Barua, Rahul Kothari, Ravi Solanki, Ramniwas Rawat and others.
