Eligibility criteria:

The requirements for eligibility change based on the role. For roles such as Relationship Manager, Regional Head, and Zonal Head, a graduation degree from an accredited university or institution is the bare minimum.

A graduation or post-graduation degree from an accredited university, institution, or reputable college is required for the Head (Product, Investment & Research) position.

Applicants must be a CA or CFA or have a post-graduation degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Statistics, or Business Administration from an accredited university or institution in order to be considered for the Central Research Team (Product Lead) position.

Selection process:

Interviews, CTE negotiations, and shortlisting will all be part of the selection process. The interview will be worth 100 points. The Bank will determine the qualifying scores for the interview. Based solely on interview scores, a decreasing order merit list will be created for selection.
