CSBC Bihar Police Constable Vacancy 2025: The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) will start the registration process for the Bihar Police and Bihar Special Armed Police tomorrow, March 18, 2025. Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12, the Intermediate examination, or possess a Maulvi qualification from the Bihar Madrasa Board.

Age Criteria:

– Minimum age: 18 years

– Maximum age: 25 years for non-reserved category candidates.

Additional Eligibility: Candidates with a Shastri or Acharya qualification (with English) or equivalent certification obtained by April 18, 2025, are also eligible.

Age Calculation: The age will be calculated based on the date of birth mentioned in the matriculation or equivalent exam certificate.

Age Relaxation:

– Backward Classes & Extremely Backward Classes (Males): Age relaxation of 2 years, i.e., minimum age 18 years and maximum age 27 years.

– Backward Classes & Highly Backward Classes (Women): Relaxation by 3 years, i.e., lower age 18 years and upper age 28 years.

– SC/ST Category (Males & Females) & Transgender: Relaxation for 5 years, i.e., lower age limit 18 years and upper age limit 30 years.

– Home Guards (All Reservation Categories): 5 years of relaxation is the upper age limit.

Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The Bihar Police Constable recruitment process consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Written Examination:

– The written examination will be held for 100 marks.

– Candidates have to answer 100 objective-type questions.

– The exam will last for 2 hours.

– One mark will be awarded for each question.

Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

– Shortlisting will be done on merit basis, five times the vacancies.

– Shortlisted candidates will undergo PET.
