Due to strong demand from retail investors, Anya Polytech and Fertilizers Ltd.’s IPO is seeing good response from all categories of investors. On December 27. So far, the NSE SME issue has been booked more than 21 times.
The NSE SME offering’s bookings increased to 21.27 times due to the high demand from NIIs and retail. The stock exchange reported that 2.13 crore shares were up for bid, while over 46.23 crore shares were applied for by investors.
Subscription across all categories
The retail portion of the IPO was booked 37.58 times, with bids for over 40.01 crore shares, compared to the 1.06 crore shares reserved for the category.
The fertiliser manufacturer’s initial public offering (IPO) was reserved 13.61 times by non-institutional investors (NIIs). The NIIs applied for over 6.21 crore shares out of the 45.68 lakh shares that were set aside for them.
60.84 lakh shares were set aside for the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category, but 0.01 per cent of the issue was subscribed for with bids for 80 thousand shares.
IPO size and structure
Anya Polytech’s IPO, which is worth Rs 44.80 crore, is a book-built offering. This 3.2 crore share issue is brand-new.
The issue will be distributed as follows: 50 pe cent will go to qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent to retail investors, and 15 per cent to non-institutional investors.
Price band and minimum bid
Anya Polytech’s IPO prices range from Rs 13 to Rs 14 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 10,000. The minimum investment amount for individual investors is Rs 1,40,000.
HNI requires a minimum of two lots of 20,000 shares, or Rs 2,80,000, to be invested.
Subscription and listing dates
Anya Polytech’s initial public offering (IPO) subscription period runs from December 26, 2024, to December 30, 2024. The allocation for the Anya Polytech IPO is expected to be finalized on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
