As the wedding of Raahi (Adrija Addy Roy) and Prem (Shivam Khajuria) in Anupamaa approaches, the drama escalates with each passing day. Now, a video from the Haldi ceremony is now making rounds on social media, showing Prem mistakenly hugging Kavya’s daughter and Vanraj’s step-daughter, Mahi (Spreha Chatterjee), thinking she is his fiancee, Raahi. This mix-up occurs after Mahi steals Raahi’s lehenga. Unaware of the confusion, Prem hugs her from behind, while Mahi, fully aware of the situation, stays silent and lets him embrace her.
Prem turns around, but Mahi smartly hides her face. Soon after, the duo stumble onto the bed. As Prem leans in to remove the towel, Anupama walks into the room, assuming it is her daughter, Raahi, sharing an intimate moment with Prem. She hesitates to interrupt, only to realise that it is actually Mahi. The sight takes her aback, triggering painful memories of when she had caught her ex-husband, Vanraj, with Kavya.

Prem, still unaware that it is Mahi and not Raahi, continues moving closer to kiss her. Just then, Anupamaa, still in shock, calls out Mahi’s name. The moment Prem hears it, he opens his eyes and is left stunned. Soon after the video went viral, netizens could not stop criticising this ‘disgusting’ video, and slammed the makers for promoting ‘vulgarity.’
