Another investigation has started against the Arvind Kejriwal government, which has been out of power in Delhi. This time the case is of the CAG (CAG) report related to the public health structure, which has now been submitted to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) for investigation. PAC will have to submit its report within three months.

Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly Vijendra Gupta gave this order after a debate on the CAG report on Monday. He said that serious irregularities have been revealed in the Health Department, which took place during the period 2016-17 to 2021-22, when there was a government of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi.

What was revealed in the CAG report?

Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijendra Gupta said that the CAG report presented in the House on February 28 was discussed. In this, many disturbances related to the health department have been exposed.

They said,

“The Public Accounts Committee of the House (PAC) will investigate this report on the basis of priority and submit its report in three months. The Assembly Secretariat will send the CAG report to the Health Department immediately, and the department will have to present the Action TAKEN REPORT (ATR) within a month. ”

PAC investigation may increase the difficulties of Arvind Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain, who was the Health Minister in his government. It is believed that PAC may summon them for questioning.
