4.98 crore stamp duty is imposed in this sale deal. Registration fee of Rs 30 thousand has been paid. Flat buyers also get parking for six cars. This flat is located on the 27-28th floor of a posh building in Oshiwara.

The registration of this duplex built on the 27th-28th floor of this building was done on January 17. There are six parking spaces with the apartment. Rs 4.98 crore has been paid as stem duty and Rs 30,000 as registration for this apartment. Amitabh had rented this flat to actress Kriti Sen for Rs 10 lakh per month. He rented out the flat soon after purchasing it in 2021.
Father-son Amitabh and Abhishek have invested around Rs 200 crore in real estate from 2020 to 2024. The Bachchan family has invested Rs 100 crore in real estate in 2024 alone.
Both of them have recently bought a flat in Borivali. Abhishek has also recently invested in a property in Mulund.
