Washington: The US has clearly stated in the travel consultation to its citizens that they should avoid traveling to Pakistan. It said, “Do not go to Pakistan because terrorism is widespread there.”

In the consultation released on Friday, it was also clarified that disturbance continues along the Line of Control (LoC) with India. There is a daily firing incident. Additionally, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province are in a state of civil war, causing real security concerns.

Along with this, the advisory states that if you have planned to go to Pakistan, then cancel the plan and plan to go elsewhere.

Violent terrorist groups are constantly planning attacks there. Government forces are continuously attacking in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces. Where do the attacks come from? It also includes areas which were earlier called FATA (FATA).

Apart from these provinces, sporadic terrorist attacks continue in other provinces. These include massive attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. There is a civil war -like situation in both provinces. These terrorist attacks and civil war have countless deaths.

This consultation also states that indiscriminate firing continues by terrorists and militant elements. In this, not only police and military personnel are attacked, but citizens are also targeted. Even more frightening is that these terrorists attack without any prior warning. In this, citizens and foreigners are also targeted. These terrorists are the most hostile towards foreigners.

Apart from this, these terrorist groups continue to attack houses under bus stations, markets, shopping malls, military bases, airports, universities, popular tourist places, schools, hospitals and mosques and houses coming under government aided schemes.

They target terrorist ambassadors and embassies. Traveling to Pakistan has become extremely risky for the past several months, as even militants have targeted foreigners, including embassies, sub-dwellers and ambassadors in the United States. Therefore, not only were they not allowed to go there, but the US State Department also informed its citizens in their advisory.
