According to a report by the Indian Express, after this approval, Holtech will be able to transfer its technology to three companies in India. The names of these three companies are Holtech Asia, Tata Consulting Engineers Limited and L&T.

However, the entire outline of the Indo-US civil nuclear deal was signed in 2007 by the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the then US President George W. Bush.
