Maruti Suzuki : Maruti Suzuki launched Alto K10-2025 with 6 airbags. All variants of this small hatchback car will get 6 airbags. Maruti Alto K10 will be available in a total of eight variants, which will be priced between Rs 4.23 lakh to Rs 6.21 lakh. It has two AMT variants VXI and VXI+ which cost Rs 5.60 lakh and Rs 6.10 lakh respectively. CNG fuel options are available in LXI and VXI, which cost Rs 5.90 lakh and Rs 6.21 lakh respectively. Alto K10 is currently the cheapest car available for sale in India. Therefore, the company has launched its updated version.
Characteristics of Alto K10
In addition to six airbags in the Alto K10, this smallest car is also upgraded with a 3-point seat belt for the rear passengers. This includes electronic stability program (ESP), reverse parking sensor, ABS with EBD and an opening steering columns. Additionally, the car has a rear door child lock, engine immobilizer, high-speed alert system, front seat belt pretensers with force limitors, seat belt reminders with bajar, headlamp leveling and high-mounted stop lamps.
Maruti has also upgraded the music system of Alto K10. The 7 -inch touchscreen infotainment system will now have four speakers instead of two. It also includes keyless entry, steering-mounted controls, manually adjusting outside rear view Mirrors (ORVMs) and Semi-Digital Instrument Cluster.

Engine and power
The Maruti Alto K10 is powered by a 1-liter Naturally aspirated dualjet petrol engine, producing 67 bhp and 89 Nm peak torque. This engine can be connected to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. Apart from this, the CNG variant of Alto K10 also has the same engine that gives 56 bhp and 82 Nm torque.
