  • Milk
  • Almond
  • custard powder
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Cardamom

Action:

  • To make almond shake, first soak 8 to 9 almonds in water overnight, peel the soaked almonds.
  • Heat the milk in a pan and keep mixing it well until it thickens. When one liter of milk turns half a liter, keep the gas on low flame.
  • Add sugar to powder milk and mix. When the sugar dissolves completely, add custard powder to it and mix well.
  • Then keep mixing milk continuously. This will save the milk from bursting.
  • Make a fine paste by adding almonds and some water in a mixer bowl.
  • Mix the prepared paste in milk. Then add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and saffron and mix.
