In the video, the actor was seen expressing gratitude after his sequel film’s success. While thanking the government and the CM of the state, he said, “I would like to thank the government of Telangana for giving us a special prize. For supporting the film industry, I would thank Chief Minister”, he paused without completing the statement by mentioning the name of CM Reddy.

The actor later clarified claiming he faced some vocal issue, after speaking for long, and that he didn’t stop his speech due to not remembering the name of the CM.

Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun was arrested in Hyderabad earlier on Friday leaving fans and netizens stunned. The police arrived at his residence and escorted him to the Chikkadpally police in the city.
In an update in the case, the actor was sent to 14 days judicial custody. He will be sent to the Chanchalguda central jail in Hyderabad during his sentence.
Action was taken against Allu Arjun alleging his connection with the stampede that took place in the Sandhya theatre where a 35-year-old mother lost her life while attending a premiere show of the sequel film. The woman’s eight-year-old child was reported to be critical.
