Allahabad High Court’s big decision: 961 judicial officers transferred

There has been a big change in the judicial administrative system in Uttar Pradesh once again. 961 judicial officers have been transferred on the orders of the Allahabad High Court. These include 361 Additional District and Sessions Judges, 300 Civil Judge (Senior Division) and 300 Civil Judge (Junior Division) rank officials. These transfers have been done on the instructions of High Court Chief Justice Arun Bhansali.

The list of transfers includes judicial officers of almost all the districts of the state. Earlier on March 30, 582 judicial officers were transferred. The transfer list of this time was notified by Registrar General Rajiv Bharti of Allahabad High Court on the evening of 8 April.

582 officers were included in the previous transfer list

A total of 582 judicial officers were transferred to the transfer list on 30 March. This included:

  • 236 Additional District and Sessions Judge
  • 207 Civil Judge (Senior Category)
  • 139 Civil Judge (Junior Category)

The order of this transfer was issued by Joint Registrar Satish Kumar Pushkar.

The officials were instructed to immediately take charge at their new deployment site. In this transfer, the highest number of 13 judges from Kanpur were transferred. Apart from this, 11 from Aligarh and 5 judicial officers from Bareilly were also transferred.
