Alexander Box Office Collection: Film earned 55 crores in two days, mixed effect on Salman Khan’s film

It has been two days since Salman Khan’s much awaited film ‘Sikander’ was released. The film has received a mixed reaction from the audience and critics. The film, released on Sunday, on March 30, was highly expected from the film, especially in the first few days due to Eid holiday.

First day earnings

‘Alexander’ did a business of Rs 26 crore on opening day i.e. Sunday. This figure may not be said to be bad, but Salman Khan’s previous big films definitely seem a bit weak.

Second day earning

According to Sannilk’s report, the film has collected Rs 29 crore on the second day. In this way, the total earning of ‘Alexander’ has reached Rs 55 crore in two days. However, the official earnings of the second day have not been confirmed yet.

Demonstration was less than expected

Regarding ‘Alexander’, it was earlier estimated that the film would surpass Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhava’ on its very first day, who did a business of Rs 31 crore on Opening Day. But ‘Alexander’ could not cross this figure and was reduced to only 26 crores.

Despite Eid holiday on Monday, the film’s occupancy was only 24.6 percent. Even at the worldwide level, this film could not do anything special. According to reports, the worldwide collection remained around Rs 54 crore on the first day.

Starcast and film related information

Directed by AR Murugadas, Rashmika Mandana and Satyaraj are seen in the lead roles along with Salman Khan in this action drama film. Apart from this, the film also stars Sharman Joshi and Kajal Aggarwal in important roles.

What faded Salman’s fire?

Usually Salman Khan’s films join the 100 crore club at the box office in the first 3-4 days, but ‘Alexander’ has not been able to follow this track yet. However, it remains to be seen what the film’s trend is in the coming days, especially during weekends and holidays.
