Mumbai – Akshay Kumar has sold two of his flats in Borivali, Mumbai for about six and a half crores. He bought both these flats for three and a half crores.
He bought a flat for Rs 2.82 crore in November 2017. It was sold for Rs 5.35 crore. This flat is 1,080 sq ft.
In 2017, he bought another flat for Rs 67.89 crore, which he has now sold for Rs 1.25 crore. This flat is 252 sq ft.
Akshay Kumar has been setting up the property deal for the last several years. He also sold some properties in the last months. According to real estate experts, many Bollywood actresses are taking advantage of rising prices in Mumbai’s property market. Recently, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan have also done some property deal. Kajol has recently invested in commercial property in Goregaon.
