Mumbai: The wedding lehenga worn by Aishwarya Rai, who played Queen Jodha in ‘Jodha Akbar’, has been displayed in an exhibition organized by the Oscar Academy Museum.

It was announced in a social media post from Oscar that this lehenga will be on display. It says that Neeta Lulla has created not only film costumes but also an invaluable legacy for the fashion world.

Very shiny zardosi embroidery work has been done on this lehenga. It is studded with gems. It is designed to be reminiscent of India’s age-old textile industry. Oscar has also posted the clip of the scene in which Aishwarya wears this lehenga on social media.
