Monitoring centers have been set up to monitor air pollution on a daily basis. These centers provide data through air quality index (AQI) readings. Along with this, information has also been given on how to reduce the danger from poisonous air. People are told on a scale of 0-500 how clean or polluted the air is, which can affect human health.

An AQI between zero and 50 is ‘good’, 51-100 is ‘satisfactory’, 101-200 is ‘moderate’, 201-300 is ‘poor’, 301-400 is ‘very poor’, 401-450 is ‘severe’ ‘is’ and more than 450 is considered ‘very severe’.
