Moscow: Ukraine has agreed to a 30 -day ceasefire in a war between the US and Ukrainian delegations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. But Russia was not involved in these talks. On the other hand, Ukraine is relieved from these talks. Trump has now agreed to give him military assistance and intelligence information. The US banned the two after a raid on the White House on 28 February.

As per the agreement on Tuesday, it was proposed to declare a 30 -day ceasefire immediately. There was also a provision in the agreement that the ceasefire could be extended later by mutual consent. In this regard, Ukraine said that we are ready to accept that proposal. But Russia should also accept it.

On the other hand, Russia has not given any official response to that proposal. There is no official statement about whether he will accept the proposal or not. Kremlin said that he cannot comment on it without fully understanding the proposal. But it is difficult for us to agree on the ceasefire proposal in the present form.

Reuters quoted a senior MP as saying that if any agreement is necessary, it should be on our terms. Not on American terms. Kremlin had earlier demanded that Ukraine be removed from four areas that Russia claims.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed Ukraine’s statement, saying that the ball is now in Russia’s court.

Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Peskov told reporters on Wednesday that Russia is waiting to see what Washington says. However, he did not rule out the possibility of a phone call between Putin and Trump and said that it would be arranged soon if necessary. But it is difficult for Russia to agree on that agreement in the present form.

Putin’s position is strong as Russia is moving forward.

Russia is currently occupying the fifth of Ukraine. The Crimeia Peninsula has been under Russia since 2014. Ukraine’s 113,000 sq km. It is occupied by Russia.

The solid fact is that this is the biggest crisis between Russia and the West after the 1962 Cuba missile crisis.
