Under this, high level facilities like digital displays, modern waiting rooms, hygiene, and better security arrangements will be made for passengers. This station has always been a major railway center connecting Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and South India.

Strategic importance: The place of Agra Fort Station has been important since the British period, as it was an important center between Rajasthan and Central India. The station operated both broad gauge and meter gauge tracks, making it a major point of operating diverse rail services.
