He is now the most match -playing Bangladeshi player in this format. He has played 274 matches, scoring 7,795 runs at an average of 36.42, including his best score 144 runs. He has also scored nine centuries in ODI cricket. As a wicketkeeper, he has done 243 catches and 56 stumpings. He played the last match against New Zealand. The match against Pakistan was canceled.
