Atlee made his Bollywood directorial debut with the film Jawan which starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, and it featured Nayanthara as the female lead. Now, reportedly, he has started working on his next project which stars Allu Arjun in the lead role. While everyone is waiting to know which actress will star in the film, according to a report in Telugu Cinema, Atlee is planning to approach Priyanka Chopra for the film.
The portal had earlier reported that Atlee’s film starring Allu Arjun will have multiple actresses. Now, their recent report suggests that the filmmaker is planning to approach PeeCee for one of the important characters.
Priyanka is all set to make her Telugu debut with SS Rajamouli’s next which stars Mahesh Babu in the lead role. Reportedly, she has also shot for two schedules of the movie, one in Hyderabad and another in Odisha. While it is being shot in Telugu, like Rajamouli’s Baahubali franchise and RRR, even SSMB29 will have a pan-India release.
Fans of Priyanka are super excited for the movie as it will mark her comeback to Indian cinema after a long gap. However, the makers have not yet announced the release date of the movie.
Talking about Atlee’s film with Allu Arjun, even that is expected to get a pan-India release. After Pushpa franchise, the actor surely has a huge fan following across the country. Also, if the report of Atlee approaching Priyanka turns out to be true, and the actress agrees to be a part of the project, it will surely be interesting to watch PeeCee with Allu Arjun on the big screens.
