Administrator of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep, Praful Patel visited Diu to review the development works being carried out and to inspect the proper implementation of various projects. It is noteworthy that during this period on January 7, 2025, the Administrator inspected various project sites of Diu such as Vadlimata School, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Panchayat Site, Vanakbara, Maharana Pratap Panchayat House Site, Kharvawada, Maharani Laxmibai Panchayat, Vanakbara, Vanakbara Panchayat House, Vadisheri Jetty, ongoing Anganwadi work, Jalaram Society and GPS 1 and 2 near Vanakbara Bus Stand, Jalandhar Ghat and Summer House, Junction Marking in front of Annexe, Annexe Circuit House, Fort Plaza, CCTV Pole, etc. During the inspection of Anganwadi, the Administrator interacted with the young students of the school and inquired about the quality of the food being given. Thereafter, the Administrator thoroughly inspected Naida Cave, Sports Complex, Promenade near Bandar Chowk Jetty, Seva Sadan, Pension Bera Mar Hotel and Fort Circuit House.
During the inspection, the Administrator of Union Territory Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu and Lakshadweep, Praful Patel Ji gave the required instructions and guidance to the officers and contractors related to these projects to complete all the works effectively with overall quality.
