Method of making all in forest testmakers:
If you want to double the taste of your lentils or vegetables, you can use this spice. First, finely chop capsicum, onion, ginger, green chillies and garlic. Now place all these on a cotton cloth and dry it under the fan for 2-3 days. Keep in mind that keep them until they dry well, so that their moisture is completely removed and the spice does not deteriorate.
Now take a pan and add spices like whole coriander, cumin, red chilli (whole), bay leaves, green cardamom, large cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, royal cumin, fenugreek seeds and flower cycle and roast it on low flame. When the spices become light warm, turn off the gas. Now add kasoori fenugreek and mix it well, because in the hot pan it will automatically roast.
When all the vegetables dry up after 3-4 days, grind them lightly in the mixer. Now mix these ground vegetables with roasted spices. Add turmeric, salt, black salt, asafetida, citric acid, nutmeg piece and mint powder. Corn floors can also be added to protect the spices from damp. Now grind all these things well and make a fine powder.
