Mumbai: A TV actress has accused a fellow artist of tampering during the Holi celebrations in Mumbai’s western suburb Jogeshwari. The 29 -year -old actress, who has acted in several TV serials and is currently associated with an entertainment channel, has registered a case under Section 75 (1) (I) of BNS and called the accused for questioning. He narrated his objection to the police and accused him of alleged harassment.
The actress hid behind the stall and went to her and said, “Let’s see who stops me.” The police called the actor.
In this regard, police officials said that despite the opposition of the actress and repeated objections, the accused actor forcibly painted her.
The actress had said in her complaint that the incident took place at the Holi party organized by the actress’s company in Jogeshwari. According to the complainant, the 30-year-old co-star and the accused were drunk at the time of the incident and behaving unfairly. The complainant further said that despite repeated objections, he behaved unfairly. The accused was also behaving unfairly with other women.
The complainant actress said that she hid behind a stall to avoid the accused, but the accused found her and forcibly grabbed her face against her wish and put her color on her. He claimed that he was proceeding improperly and said, “I love you, come on.” Who can stop him from contacting me?
The complainant is very sad and distressed by this incident and has been deeply shocked. The complainant immediately ran towards the toilet. After this he told his friends about this and he questioned the accused, but the matter deteriorated and assaulted. The actress then went to the nearest police station with her friends and lodged a complaint against the actor. The police have registered a case under Section 75 (1) (I) of BNS and issued summons to the accused to appear for questioning.
