According to Muni’s Reti police station, Sagar Negi, a resident of Patel Nagar in Dehradun, reached Shivpuri on Wednesday morning to rafting with his friends.

Meanwhile, Sagar Negi, a resident of Dehradun, fainted, who was somehow brought from the Ganges to the road and was taken from the ambulance to Rishikesh Government Hospital. The doctors here declared Sagar dead after investigation. Tapwan outpost in -charge Pradeep Rawat said that the body of the tourist has been taken into possession and sent for postmortem. Family members have been informed of the incident.
