Hamirpur, 18 November (H.C.). Former Union Minister and MP Anurag Thakur said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) across the country has secured the first place by breaking the record of corruption of the Congress. This is the reason that Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, the heads of Aapa, caught in corruption, have resigned from their posts. One by one, his other ministers are also leaving the party.
Former Union Minister and MP Anurag Thakur was addressing the Chief Minister at the 71st All India Cooperative Week program located on the bypass in Hamirpur on Monday. On reaching the venue, Sadar Hamirpur MLA Ashish Sharma and MLA Indra Dutt Lakhanpal of Badsar assembly constituency and District President of Cooperative Assembly Yashveer Pathaya and other dignitaries welcomed Thakur by wearing a flower garland.
Talking to reporters here, former Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that corruption started with Kejriwal and which has gradually reached its MLAs and ministers. He said that the name of this party is definitely the Aam Aadmi Party, but it has nothing to do with the common man. Thakur said that AAP has given a record of corruption of Congress. That is why the MLAs of AAP have been in the party.
Thakur taunted the statement of the National President of the Congress and said that the condition of the Congress has become that now the party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge has started questioning the policies of Rahul Gandhi. He said that Mallikarjuna is raising questions on the decisions of his own government in Karnataka. He said that false promises of Congress have been exposed in Himachal Haryana Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. Economic Emergency has been imposed in Himachal. He said that a loan of Rs 96 thousand crore has been on Himachal Pradesh.
On being given the status of Municipal Corporation to Hamirpur Municipal Council, former Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the decision of the state government will promote urbanization. He said that whenever the municipal corporation is established, emphasis should be laid on development works and all should work on the all -round development of Hamirpur. On the question related to CPM in Himachal, Anurag Thakur said that all six people who have been removed, should resign from their posts and contest the election again and the money that has been spent on them should be deposited back all the money back to the treasury of the state.
