Juhi and Aamir became a big hit with this film and were seen together in many films including ‘Ishq’. ‘Ishq’ was a comedy film. Apart from these two, Ajay Devgan and Kajol were also there. The films continued to be hits, Juh and Aamir became good friends off camera.

But during the shooting of the film ‘Ishq’, Aamir did something which caused a rift in his and Juhi’s friendship. Aamir had said in an interview that after their fight, Juhi used to try to talk to him on the sets of Ishq. But he would get up and walk away from her. He did not even say hello or hi to the actress. There was no communication between the two for about 6 years.
Aamir felt regret-
In the same interview, the actor told that after 6 years, when Juhi got the news of Mara and Reena’s divorce, he called her. She wanted to make everything right, as she was a good friend of both me and Reena. Knowing that I would not be able to pick up his call, he called. That day I realized my mistake and then the relationship became normal.
