Prayagraj accident: A horrific road accident occurred on Wednesday on the Prayagraj-Ayodhya highway in Pratapgarh. Four youths were killed and three others were seriously injured when an uncontrolled car coming at a fast speed hitting a house. The couple sleeping inside the house were seriously injured in the accident.
The accident occurred at Bhupiyamau near the Kotwali countryside on the Prayagraj-Ayodhya highway at three o’clock last night. The accident was so terrible that the villagers and the police had to struggle hard to take out the people in the car. An atmosphere of chaos arose. All the injured were admitted to the district hospital. A total of seven people were aboard in Mahindra TUV-300. All are residents of Jharkhand. All the people were returning after bathing in Prayagraj Mahakumbh. All the police forces including Kotwali countryside, Bhupiyamau police station, Katra police station, Prithviganj police station, PRB 112 were present at the scene.
Three killed in road accident in Banda
Three devotees died in a road accident on Monday on the Bundelkhand Expressway in Banda. Eight other people were seriously injured. The accident occurred at the token number 16 of Atra Kotwali police station in Banda district. The Ertiga car coming from Rajasthan and the Safari car coming from Madhya Pradesh at a high speed collided. All the devotees were going to bathe in Prayagraj Mahakumbh.
