Jaguar has unveiled its Type 00 Concept (pronounced Type Zero Zero) at the 2024 Miami Art Week, previewing the design language for its next-generation EVs. The all-electric GT hints at a four-door grand tourer set for a global debut in late 2025, with sales beginning in 2026. Sporting traditional GT proportions, the car features a long bonnet, a coupe-like roofline, and a rear-set cabin, giving it a sleek, low profile.
The front showcases an upright, enclosed grille with Jaguar’s new ‘Device Mark,’ slim lights near the bonnet, and distinctive air vents on the lower bumper. The Type 00’s bold styling sets the stage for Jaguar’s future electric lineup.

Designed with flush surfaces, a panoramic roof, and a glassless tailgate, the car showcases a sculptural and modern aesthetic. The concept is available in two striking colors—London Blue, reflecting its British roots, and Miami Pink, inspired by the Art Deco surroundings of its debut. Revealed at Miami Art Week 2024, the Type 00 highlights Jaguar’s commitment to art and creativity, reinforcing its global presence as a patron of British artistry.

The Jaguar Type 00 Concept redefines innovation with its rear design, replacing the windshield with a pantograph panel for convenient access to storage behind the seats. The rear showcases a grille-like panel housing integrated tail-lights and a striking diffuser at the bottom.
Inside, the cabin embraces minimalism, featuring floating seats supported by travertine stone and a raised center console that separates the driver and passenger. Fold-away displays add to the sleek design, while personalization is taken to the next level with three unique ‘totems’—Brass, Travertine, and Alabaster—that adjust ambient lighting, screen graphics, and other interior elements.

Although Jaguar has not revealed detailed powertrain specs, the production version is expected to deliver a WLTP range of up to 770 km and enable a 321 km range with just 10 minutes of peak fast charging. Built on the EV-specific JEA platform, the Type 00 sets the stage for Jaguar’s future electric offerings.
