Indore (Madhya Pradesh): TEDxDAVV, a two-day event filled with knowledge and entertainment, took place at the DAVV Auditorium on March 28-29. The event provided a unique experience of learning, inspiration and cultural performances, attracting participants of all ages.

Attendees described it as a memorable and enriching experience. The first day featured captivating cultural performances, including live painting, dance, singing, band jamming and tabla recitals. The auditorium echoed with applause after every performance. A delighted audience member remarked, “It felt like being part of a grand festival.”

A student added, “Watching such talented performances in one place was truly special!” On the second day, renowned speakers shared their insights and experiences. Cybercrime expert and additional DCP Rajesh Dandotiya emphasised digital safety, warning, “A small mistake can compromise both your privacy and finances—always stay vigilant in the digital world.”

Vice-chancellor of DAVV, Rakesh Singhai, spoke about discipline and hard work, stating, “There are no shortcuts to success; only consistent effort in the right direction leads to achievement.” Software engineer and content creator Hiten Lulla, in an engaging talk, discussed how people make impulsive decisions and how to change that mindset.

He advised, “Always question if what you’re doing is truly beneficial or just a habitual act.” Founder of Nimai Pathshala, Renuka Pundrik Goswami and a spiritual mentor, shared wisdom through storytelling, highlighting, “Patience and honesty are the true paths to peace and success.”

The event ended on a high note with comedian Vivek Samtani’s hilarious performance, leaving the audience in fits of laughter. A live band performance followed, elevating the energy as music filled the auditorium, making everyone sway to the beats. With nearly 3,000 attendees, TEDxDAVV proved to be a perfect blend of ideas, entertainment and inspiration, leaving participants with new perspectives and motivation to move forward in life.
