Mumbai – Actor Ejaz Khan, accused in the actress’s rape case, is constantly increasing. Ejaz Khan is absconding since the case was registered at Charkop police station. To avoid arrest, he filed an application for anticipatory bail in the first Sessions Court and then the Bombay High Court. But the session court has rejected the application before the arrest of Ejaz Khan. The Bombay High Court will hear the petition of Ejaz Khan on June 2.

There is a discussion that some participants were asked to take off their clothes and do obscene acts. After the controversy and criticism, the Aul app removed all the episodes of the house arrest.

The 30 -year -old contestant of the House Arrest Show has accused Ejaz of making him a victim of lust on the pretext of extramarital affairs. The complainant actress is originally from Gujarat and lives in Kandivali. He took part in the shooting in Madh on 17 March 2025. However, he was dropped from the show due to obscene behavior.
According to the actress’s complaint, she was called to Madh in Malad on 24 March, as this was the last round of the program. At the party held at that time, Ejaz Khan hugged him, said ‘I want you’ and gave him his mobile number. Then he started contacting the actress. Four marriages can be done in our religion. The actress claimed that Khan had said, “I am ready to marry you.” Khan went to the actress’s house in Malad on 2 March. She promised to work and get married in serials, web series, reality shows. Then he was raped. After this, on April 4, she called the complainant actress in her house in Andheri and had sex again. She later started avoiding meeting the actress. The actress lodged a complaint against Ejaz, realizing that she was cheated.
