Jhansi: A woman was thrashed, dragged by her hair and slapped 16 times in the middle of a road in UP’s Jhansi by her husband, after she caught him red handed with another woman. A video of this incident is also going viral on social media. Reportedly, the wife caught the husband red-handed with his girlfriend.
When the woman confronted her husband, the young man lost his cool and thrashed his wife in the middle of the road. In the violent altercation, the girlfriend also supported the man.
The woman has suffered serious injuries in this fight. Bystanders can be seen watching the high-voltage drama. The man can also be heard hurling abuses at his wife. He can be seen pushing his wife on the other side of the road and then fleeing the spot on a bike with his girlfriend.
The wife has been identified as Mohini Yadav, Mohini was admitted in a hospital since last two days due to illness. She was on her way to a medical store to get medicines, when she spotted her husband with his girlfriend.
The husband has been identified as Shivam. Mohini claims when she confronted Shivam, his girlfriend started abusing her. Mohini claims she was thrashed after she threatened the duo of calling the police. She has also claimed that the husband hit her with a stick on her head. Shivam’s girlfriend has been identified as Radha. According to Mohini, Radha also thrashed her.
Police Action
After the incident, Mohini reached the Navabad police station and demanded action against Shivam and Radha.The police said that the matter is being investigated and legal action will be taken after the probe.
Mohini has claimed, its not the first time that she was subjected to the violence. Earlier also, a video of her getting thrashed had gone viral but there was no action from police. She has demanded Shivam and Radha’s arrest.
