Method:

  1. Soak soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes, then squeeze and wash.

  • 1 cup soy granules
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum
  • Ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, salt

Method:

  1. Fry onion, ginger-garlic paste and vegetables in the oil.
  2. Add spices and mix soy granules.
  3. Cook it for 5-6 minutes until it dries and becomes aromatic.
