Material
- Potatoes (boiled and peeled) – 3 medium
- Tamarind-jaggery chutney-3 tablespoons
- Green Chutney (Coriander-Puddle)-2 tablespoons (optional)
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Plain salt – as per taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1 (optional)
- Finely chopped coriander – for decoration
Action:
- For this, first cut the boiled potatoes into medium -sized pieces.
- Take potato pieces in a large bowl.
- Add tamarind-jaggery, green chutney, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, plain salt and lemon juice.
- Mix all these ingredients together. Mix all the spices well on potato pieces.
- If you want, you can also add finely chopped onion to it.
- Finally add finely chopped coriander and serve with spicy potatoes kachlu.
Comment:
- If tamarind-jaggery chutney and green chutney are prepared in advance, this dish can be ready in 5 minutes.
- If you want to make it more spicy, then add a little more chaat masala and lemon juice to it.
- Its taste increases even more when it is served.
