Material
- Potatoes – 4 medium (boiled and mashed)
- Cornfall – 2 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Garam Masala – ½ tsp
- Peas – ½ cup (boiled)
- Carrots – ½ cup (finely chopped and roasted)
- Green Beans – 4 cups (finely chopped)
- Drought Coconut – 2 tablespoons
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
- Green chili paste – 1 tsp
- Amchur powder/lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala – ½ tsp
- salt to taste
- Oil-for frying and deep-finging
- Flour – 2 tablespoons (mix thin mixture mixed with water) breadcharms – as required

- For this, first heat the oil in a pan and fry it by adding onion, ginger-garlic and green chili paste.
- Then add carrots, green beans and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add coconut, mango/lemon juice, salt, garam masala, mix all things well and let it cool.
- Add salt, chili powder, garam masala and cornflour to boiled potatoes and knead it.
- Take small potato balls and fill them with stuffing and give them a patties shape.
- Dip these patties into a thin dough mixture and then wrap it in breadcrings.
- Finally, fry the prepared patties in hot oil on medium flame till it crisps.
