News India Live, Digital Desk: Teacher Transfer: The Education Department has taken a big decision regarding the transfer and posting of teachers across the state. Now 1,20,738 teachers will be transferred simultaneously. This process will start from May 27 and will be fully done through software, which will maintain transparency.
All the teachers who have already received district allocation will be included in this transfer process. Now their school will be allotted space. Along with this, male and female teachers working in the same district will also be transferred. The number of teachers working in Sem district is said to be the highest. Therefore, they will be allotted schools at the same time through software.
The posting will be done in adjacent schools.
The department said that preparations are being made to posted teachers in their nearly schools, so that they can get traffic facilities and educational activities can also be improved.
The second phase will start from June 10 to 15 for the teachers who could not be transferred in the first phase. This will include the transfer of remaining male and female teachers of Patna district. This decision is expected to provide relief to the teachers who have been waiting for the transfers for a long time and this will also help in establishing balance in the education system.
