Accused promised wedding on May 15

According to her, their communication started as relatives, but Bharat later expressed a desire to marry her. Gaining her trust through sweet talk and promises of marriage, he allegedly had a physical relationship with her multiple times.

The victim said Bharat even took her to Delhi, where he sexually assaulted her. When she started pressuring him for marriage, he promised to marry her on May 15. On that day, she prepared for the wedding and applied mehndi on her hands, but the groom never arrived. Instead, she claims Bharat betrayed her and is now threatening to defame her.
