Delhi flight disruptions:

Delhi flight disruptions: In the national capital, heavy rains and thunderstorms in the national capital disrupted the flight operations at Indira Gandhi International Airport, due to which the route of at least 13 flights had to be changed.

According to airport sources, 12 of the affected flights were changed to Jaipur, while an international flight was sent to Mumbai due to adverse weather in Delhi.

Airlines and airport operators have issued an alert on social media to warned passengers about potential delay and disruption. One of the major airlines flying from Delhi, IndiGo posted on X (East Twitter), saying, “Heavy rains and thunderstorms in Delhi, Chandigarh and Kolkata have affected the schedule of our flights.”
