- Coriander
- Coconut
- Green chilly
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Lemon juice
- Cumin
- Salt
Action:
- To make coriander stalk sauce, first clean the coriander and remove its small stalks.
- Then add coriander stalks, green chillies, garlic, coconut and cumin and make a fine paste in a mixer jar.
- Then add a little coriander and water to it and grind the paste again.
- Take the prepared chutney in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice as per taste and mix.
- A simple coriander stalk chutney is ready.
