Officials from Germany’s KfW Development Bank inspected the projects completed under the monitoring of the Prime Minister’s Office, which were successfully executed ahead of schedule by Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company (MP Transco) under the Green Energy Corridor-1 scheme.
Recently, Walter Klotz, a technical officer from the bank visiting from Germany, inspected the 400 kV substation constructed in Mandsaur under this project. He praised the high quality of work and excellent technical methods employed by MP Transco.
Work as per International Standards
During the inspection, German representative Walter Klotz stated that the work funded by the KfW Development Bank under the Green Energy Corridor has been carried out in accordance with international standards and is now being efficiently operated and maintained by MP Transco’s skilled team.
Detailed Inspection of the Substation
Klotz conducted a detailed inspection of the substation’s maintenance, data monitoring through the SCADA system, and other operations, and described them as outstanding. He also personally participated in a tree plantation activity within the premises.
Present during the inspection were Indian representative of KfW Bank Raman Reddy, MP Transco officials Y.R. Mandlekar, Manish Mahawar, Pankaj Kumar Rai, and Rajesh Bhuriya, among others.
